Access - overview
Access to the three gates of Eccleston Square Garden is provided by electronic key-fob.
ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA Access to Eccleston Square Garden is regulated by the Articles of Association of Eccleston Square Company Limited.
Access to the garden (i.e. a key-fob) is issued to a Member, Owner, Outside Subscriber or User who is entitled to access pursuant to the Articles of Association of Eccleston Square Company Limited.
New residents

Upon acceptance of your completed application, proof of identity and fee, you will receive a key-fob.
Replacing a lost or damaged Fob

If the key-fob has been lost or damaged there is a non-refundable key-fob replacement fee of £75. (This fee is intended to cover the cost of deactivating the old key-fob and obtaining and activating a new key-fob).
Non-functioning key-fobs will be replaced for free. The form will need to be completed and the non-functioning key-fob must be returned to Eccleston Square Garden Ltd, High Park Farm, Kirkbymoorside, York, YO62 7HS prior to issuing a new key-fob.
Non-square members
There are 100 fobs available at any given time for non-residents (outside subscribers) of the Square. These are allocated by the management company from a waiting list.
Currently, there is a very long waiting list for outside subscribers; recently this has averaged 15+ years. To qualify to go on the waiting list, prospective outside subscribers must live in SW1 at registration and when they become eligible. Registration is offered on the basis of a non-refundable administration charge of £100.

It will be your responsibility, subsequently, to inform us if there are changes to the contact details originally communicated.
To keep administrative costs to a minimum, there is no ad hoc correspondence relating to any application made; however, we send an update annually to each registered applicant.
