The new area that is bookable for BBQs in on the St George's Drive end of the garden in the middle. Please try not to make too much smoke and smell for the people who live on that side of the Square. 

Please keep to the southern end of the Square.  Please never put any sort of hot barbecue on the grass. Please take your own rubbish away and leave the area tidy.

BBQs are no longer allowed on the patio area except for the Residents Party in the summer.

To book the BBQ area ring Nicky Foy on her mobile 07798774197. Please leave a clear message, stating name, address and a mobile number, with the proposed date, time required (lunch of evening) and approximate number of guests.

Please be considerate to other residents when holding a barbecue by:

• Leaving the garden by 10pm
• Not making excessive noise (no music of any kind, at any time)
• Clearing your rubbish away into the black bins outside the garden
• Clearing up the patio area before you leave or very early the next morning before 8am (i.e. when the gardener arrives).
